PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING A HEAT-INSULATING MATERIAL FOR USE AT HIGH TEMPERATURE, USING REFRACTORY NON-ORGANIC SUBSTANCES, SUCH AS IN PARTICULAR GLASS FIBERS AND OR MINERALS, ACCORDING TO WHICH, DURING THE MANUFACTURE OF THE SUBSTANCES WITH NON-ORGANIC SUBSTANCES ADDITIONS OF ORGANIC SUBSTANCES SERVING THEIR BINDING, THEIR FINISHING OR SIMILAR, CHARACTERIZED IN THAT, BEFORE ITS USE AT ELEVATED TEMPERATURE, THE HEAT-INSULATING MATERIAL, PROVIDED WITH ITS NON-ORGANIC ADDITIVES, IS SUBJECTED TO A THERMAL ACTION WHICH LEADS TO DECOMPOSITION ORGANIC ADDITIVES AT LEAST IN ZONES OF THIS HEAT-INSULATING MATERIAL WHICH, IN THE INTENDED APPLICATION, ARE SUBJECT TO A TEMPERATURE BEING ABOVE THE DECOMPOSITION TEMPERATURE OF THESE ORGANIC ADDITIVES. |
