CATALYST RESULTING FROM OXYCHLORINATION OF A SOLID CONTAINING AT LEAST ONE METAL FROM GROUP VIII SUPPORTED BY AT LEAST ONE ZEOLITH IN ACID FORM CHOSEN FROM THE GROUP CONSTITUTED BY ZEOLITH Y, CLINOPTILOTITE, FERRIERITE, ZSMTITITE5, OFFERTI5, ZSM11, ZEOLITH NU-1, ZEOLITHE OMEGA AND ZEOLITHE L, SADITE ZEOLITHE HAVING AN ALKALINE AND ALKALINO-EARTH CATION CONTENT EXPRESSED AS WEIGHT EQUIVALENT OF SODIUM LESS THAN 0.5 WEIGHT ZEOLITHE IN RELATION TO THE WEIGHT OF DRY. THE CATALYST MAY ALSO CONTAIN A MATRIX, THE QUANTITY OF ZEOLITH REPRESENTING AT LEAST 15 BY WEIGHT IN RELATION TO THE WEIGHT OF THE ZEOLITH AND MATRIX ASSEMBLY.
