THE INVENTION RELATES TO AN ANTIGEN OF THE HEPATITIS B VIRUS. ACCORDING TO THE INVENTION, IT INCLUDES A SEQUENCE OF AMINO ACIDS OF THE SURFACE ANTIGEN OF THIS VIRUS; THIS ANTIGEN CAN BE EASILY AND SAFE PRODUCED AT A LOW COST BY RECOMBINANT DNA TECHNOLOGY; IT MAY BE USED AS AN EFFECTIVE VACCINE AND DIAGNOSIS OF HEPATITIS B; THE ATTACHED DRAWING SHOWS A FLOW CHART INDICATING THE CLONING OF THE HEPATITIS B VIRUS ANTIGEN DNA AND THE PREPARATION OF THE PM1B11 PLASMID. THE INVENTION APPLIES IN PARTICULAR TO THE PREPARATION OF VACCINES AGAINST VIRAL HEPATITIS B. |
