THIS PROCESS CONSISTS OF PASSING THE EXHAUST GAS THROUGH A HIGH OXIDATION CATALYST, AT A TEMPERATURE OF 250 TO 700 C. THE CATALYST CONSISTS OF TWO PARTS. THE EXHAUST GAS FIRST PASSES THROUGH A FIRST PART OF THE CATALYST LAYER, THEN THE GASES ARE BREWED, AFTER THEY CROSS THE SECOND CATALYST LAYER. BREWING IS OPERATED UNTIL A TEMPERATURE GRADIENT IS OBTAINED, IN THE CURRENT OF THE GAS TO BE CLEANED, NOT MORE THAN 50 CA THE ENTRY OF THE SECOND PART OF THE CATALYST LAYER, THEN AT EACH NEW PASSAGE WE REVERSE THE DIRECTION OF THE EXHAUST GAS ROUTING AND THAT OF THE PURE GAS EVACUATION IN RELATION TO THE PREVIOUS PASSAGE. APPLICATION TO THE PURIFICATION OF VENTILATION GASES FROM PAINTING AND DRYING STATIONS IN MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTIONS, AS WELL AS IN CHEMISTRY AND PETROCHEMISTRY. |
