THE INVENTION RELATES TO A COUPLING PRODUCT, WITH THE HELP OF A BRIDGING AGENT, BETWEEN A CARRIER AND A HAPTENE, THE SKELETON OF WHICH HAS AT LEAST ONE CYCLE AND PRESENTS A NON-SUSBTITUTED EXOCYCLIC AMINO GROUP. THIS COUPLING PRODUCT IS USEFUL AS AN IMMUNOGENIC SUBSTANCE ALLOWING TO OBTAIN ANTIBODIES DIRECTED AGAINST HAPTENES OF THE SAME SKELETON AS THE ABOVE HAPTEN, BUT COMPRISING, IN PLACE OF THE REMAINDER AMINO EXOCYCLIC NOT SUBSTITUTED, A RESTE AMINO EXOCYCLIQUE SUBSTITUTE. THUS, MONOCLONAL AND POLYCLONAL ANTIBODIES RECOGNIZING THE AMINO-4-CHLORO-7 QUINOLEINE (ACQ) STRUCTURE, WHICH REPRESENTS THE SKELETON OF ANTIPALUDEAN DRUGS OF THE AMINO-4 QUINOLEINE TYPE, HAVE BEEN SOURCED FROM ACZ, FOLLOWING PATELLE HEMOCYANIN VIA GLUTARALDEHYDE.
