abstract | This method comprises the steps of: a. Mix a sample of the substance whose dismutase activity is to be determined with a chemiluminescent reagent; b. Measure the inhibition of the chemiluminescent response of said chemiluminescent reagent which is caused by introducing, into the mixture prepared in step a., A system capable of supplying O ** 2- ions which consists of an aprotic solvent in the medium alkaline, and; vs. Deduce from the measurement thus carried out the desired concentration in dismutase activity. The chemiluminescent reagent is preferably lucigenin. The dosage is carried out with high sensitivity. To ensure the absolute nature of the specificity of the assay, an immuno-extraction is carried out beforehand. |
