Ceph-3-em-4-carboxylic acid derivatives, medicaments containing them and processes for their preparation; these derivatives are 7- (3-Chloro-isoxazol-5-yl) -acetamido-3- (1-methyl -1H-1,2,3,4-tetrazol-5-yl) -thiomethyl-ceph- acid 3-em-4- carboxylic acid of formula I: (CF DRAWING IN BOPI) and its salts which are suitable in pharmacology; medicaments showing in particular high activity against a wide spectrum of microorganisms and methods for preparing these derivatives and medicaments are also described. |
