THE FLUID IS ILLUMINATED FROM A LIGHT SOURCE 2, THROUGH A FIRST OPTICAL FIBER 4 AND A FIRST OPTICAL SYSTEM 5, 22. AFTER TRAVEL IN THE FLUID, THE LIGHT IS COLLECTED BY A SECOND FIBER OPTICAL 8 AND TRANSMITTED TO MEANS OF CHROMATIC LIGHT ANALYSIS 11, 13, 14, 15. ACCORDING TO THE INVENTION, A THIRD OPTICAL FIBER COUPLED FROM ONE SIDE TO A SECOND OPTICAL SYSTEM 17, 18 IS ALSO PROVIDED FOR.
