abstract THE INTERIOR CHAMBER OF AN ELECTRIC OVEN WITH DEPOSIT TANK IS LOADED WITH A FUSION BED MADE FROM CRUDE BORIC FINE GRAIN MATERIALS, FINE GRAIN OXIDES OF BASE METAL AND OR BASE METAL IN SMALL PIECES AS WELL THAT CARBON CARRIERS AND WHICH FORM ABOVE THE REDUCTION ZONE A LAYER FORMING A FUSION BED PERMEABLE TO GAS. THE BORON ALLOY IS COLLECTED AND SUPPLIED ON THE OVEN SOLE. THE PROCESS IS APPLIED TO THE PREPARATION OF A BORON ALLOY BASED ON COBALT AND OR A BORON ALLOY BASED ON NICKEL. THE FUSION BED WITH A CARBON CARRIER CONSTITUTED BY WOOD IN PIECES OF 2 TO 250MM IS LOADED WITH A QUANTITY OF 20 TO 65, RELATED TO THE TOTAL QUANTITY OF CARBON CARBON. THE LAYER FORMING THE FUSION BED IS MAINTAINED AT A THICKNESS OF AT LEAST 500MM IN WHICH THE WOOD IS DRY COKEFIED IN CHARCOAL.
