THE INVENTION RELATES TO ENZYMES. IT CONCERNS IN PARTICULAR AN INSOLUBILIZED INVERTASE FIXED BY A COVALENT BOND TO A SOLID SUPPORT, CHARACTERIZED IN THAT THE INVERTASE IS FIXED BY COVALENCE TO GLUTARALDEHYDE WHICH IS BOUND BY COVALENCE TO A TWO-FUNCTIONAL SILANE, HIMSELF, BY PIXED A BIFYUSTICAL SILANE, HIMSELF OF A PIXED SILANE. A PARTICLE SIZE INCLUDED IN THE RANGES OF 150 TO 250MM AND A DIAMETER OF PORES INCLUDED IN THE RANGE OF 10 TO 30NM, THIS INSOLUBILIZED INVERTASE HAVING A SPECIFIC ACTIVITY OF AT LEAST 6000 UNITS PER GRAM OF INSOLUBILIZED ENZYME. USE FOR HYDROLYSIS OF SACCHAROSE OF GLUCOSE AND FRUCTOSE SUGAR SYRUPS. |
