ACCORDING TO THE INVENTION, THE FILM 12 IS FORMED BY CELLULOSE ACETOBUTYRATE, AND HAS A THICKNESS BETWEEN 1 AND 5 MM. THIS MATERIAL ALLOWS THE USE OF WAVELENGTHS AS LOW AS 240 MM, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE FILM HAS ANTI-REFLECTIVE COATINGS. APPLICATION TO THE MANUFACTURING OF SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICES. |
