ASPHALT IS MIXED WITH A FRACTION OF NON-ASPHALTIC OIL, WITH A DISTILLATION INTERVAL ESSENTIALLY BETWEEN 150 AND 400C, PREFERENTIALLY COMING FROM A CATALYTIC CRACKING OF HYDROCARBONS, AND IS PORTED BETWEEN 150 AND 300C FOR AT LEAST 0.5 HOURS . IN A PARTICULAR EMBODIMENT, THE ASPHATE HELD IN A CONTAINER 5 IS SPRINKLED WITH THE OIL FROM THE SPRINKLING RAMP 8. A RECIRCULATION OF THE OILY PRODUCT 11 MAKES IT EXTEND THE HEATING TIME. THE LIQUID FUEL OBTAINED IS SUPPORTED 18. A LIQUID FUEL IS OBTAINED WITH A LOWER BODY LEVEL THAN THAT OF A FUEL OF THE SAME COMPOSITION, BUT NOT HAVING SUBJECTED THIS TREATMENT.
