THE PRESENT INVENTION CONCERNS A PROCESS FOR DIAGNOSING HUMAN PAPILLOMAVIRUS, MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES DIRECTED AGAINST A TYPE OF HUMAN PAPILLOMAVIRUS AND THE HYBRID CELL LINES WHICH SECRET THEM. THESE HYBRIDOMAS RESULT FROM THE FUSION OF MURINE MYELOMA CELLS AND MICE RATE CELLS THAT HAVE BEEN IMMUNIZED AGAINST THIS VIRUS. THESE ANTIBODIES ARE USEFUL FOR THE SPECIFIC IDENTIFICATION, ASSESSMENT AND PURIFICATION OF HUMAN PAPILLOMAVIRUS. |
