THE PRESENT INVENTION CONCERNS GLASS CARRYING A METAL OXIDE COATING FORMED BY PYROLYSIS, TRANSMITTING LIGHT AND FORMING A SCREEN WITH RESPECT TO SOLAR RADIATION. THE COATING CONSTITUTES ESSENTIALLY OF TIN AND TITANIUM OXIDES AND THE RELATIVE PROPORTIONS OF TIN AND TITANIUM ARE SUCH AS THE COATING TO GIVE THE COATING A REFRACTION INDEX WHICH IS NOT GREATER THAN 2.2. THE GLAZING PROVIDES EFFECTIVE ANTI-SUN PROTECTION WHILE PRESENTING A VERY AESTHETIC METAL APPEARANCE. |
