THIS PROCESS IS CHARACTERIZED BY THE SOLUTION OF PROTEINS WHICH ARE INCLUDED IN CELLS OR INSOLUBLE IN WATER, USING AN IONIC OR NON-IONIC DETERGENT, THE GLUCOSE IN THE FORM OF 5- HYDROXYMETHYL-FURFURAL UNDER OVERPRESSURE USING AN ACID OF AT LEAST 1N, THE REACTIONAL MIXTURE IS DEPROTEINIZED, 5-HYDROXYMETHYL-FURFURAL IS CONDENTED WITH AN ORGANIC COMPOUND WHICH FORMED A COLORED PRODUCT WITH ENOMRALENTALPHINETHYL-FURFURAL AND CONCENTRAL PRODUCT OF ENOMRALPHINALPHINOON AND SPRODEHYL-FURFURAL PRODUCT THUS OBTAINED. APPLICATION FOR THE SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATION OF THE GLUCOSE CONTENT OF NON-ENZYMATICALLY GLYCOSYLATED PROTEINS.
