A CELL STRUCTURE 101 IS FORMED BY MEANS OF TWO BASE PLATES 101, 101A BETWEEN WHICH A LIQUID CRYSTAL 103 IS PLACED, AND A BORDER BETWEEN AN ANISOTROPIC UNIAXIAL PHASE, IN WHICH THE MOLECULES OF THE LIQUID CRYSTAL ARE ALIGNED IN ONE DIRECTION, AND A HIGHER TEMPERATURE PHASE OBTAINED BY MEANS OF A HEAT GENERATION ELEMENT 105 WHICH ALSO GENERATES A TEMPERATURE GRADIENT MAKING THE PHASES BORDER PROGRESS, PERPENDICULARLY TO ITS DIRECTION.
