IT FURTHER INCLUDES A COMPONENT SELECTED FROM BORON AND ALUMINUM WATER-SOLUBLE COMPOUNDS, THE ATOMIC RATIO OF PHOSPHORUS TO VANADIUM BASED ON PHOSPHORUS NOT COMBINED WITH THIS COMPONENT BEING 1: 1 TO 2: 1, THE ATOMIC RATIO OF THE COMPONENT TO VANADIUM VANADIUM BEING AT LEAST 0.10: 1 THE CATALYST HAS BEEN PREPARED BY TREATMENT OF A SOLID PRECURSOR OF VANADIUM OXIDES AND PHOSPHORUS WITH PHOSPHORIC ACID AND THE INTRODUCTION OF SUCH WATER-SOLUBLE COMPONENT.
