PLANNED COMPOSITE BODIES IN POLYURETHANE AND FIBERS, THEIR PREPARATION AND THEIR USES. THESE COMPOSITE BODIES HAVE A THICKNESS OF 1 TO 20MM, A DENSITY OF 0.1 TO 1.6GCM, A BENDING RESISTANCE (DIN 53423) OF 5 TO 60PA, A MODULE OF BENDING ELASTICITY (DIN53457) OF 500 A 6000PA, A RESILIENCE (DIN53453) OF 5 TO 50KJM AND A HOT BENDING RESISTANCE (DIN53424) OF 110 TO 250C AND CONSISTS OF A POLYURETHAN ALVEOLAR DUROMETER CONTAINING A WALNUT STATE 51 TO 80 IN WEIGHT, BASED ON WEIGHT TOTAL, OF A FIBROUS PLANNING ARTICLE. THESE BODIES ARE PREPARED BY SPRAYING THE PLANNED ARTICLE IN THE MOLDING TOOL OPENED BY AN EXPANDABLE MIXTURE OF POLYURETHANE AND REACTING UNDER COMPRESSION IN THE CLOSED MOLD. |
