THE SALT MAKES THE ENZYME INSOLUBLE IN THE MEDIA BUT THE ENZYME IS FULLY AVAILABLE TO THE CROSS-LINKING AGENT. THE ENZYME CAN THUS BE OBTAINED WITH A HIGH YIELD. |
