THE INVENTION RELATES TO A PROCESS FOR THE RECOVERY OF METALS. THE METALS CONSIST OF AT LEAST ONE METAL OF GROUP VIII AND AT LEAST ONE METAL OF GROUP VB OR VIB. THE TREATED CHARGE IS FIRSTLY GRILLED BETWEEN 400 AND 600C THEN PLACED IN CONTACT WITH A FIRST AQUEOUS AMMONIACSEL AMMONIUM SOLUTION GIVING A FIRST CHARGED LIQUOR. THE LOAD LEACHED ONCE IS CONTACT WITH A SECOND AQUEOUS SO SOLUTION FORMING A SECOND LOADED LIQUOR. THE METALS ARE PRECIPITATED FROM THE SECOND LIQUOR WITH HS AND THE PRECIPITE IS GRILLED JOINTLY WITH THE UNGRILLED LOAD. THE METALS OF GROUPS VB AND VIB OF THE FIRST CHARGED LIQUID ARE TRANSFERRED TO A FIRST ORGANIC SOLUTION BY IONIC EXCHANGE IN THE LIQUID PHASE. THE FIRST ORGANIC SOLUTION IS EXHAUSTED WITH AN AQUEOUS SOLUTION AND THE METALS ARE SEPARATED BY SUCCESSIVE PRECIPITATION. THE METALS OF GROUP VIII ARE SEPARATED AND PURIFIED BY IONIC EXCHANGE IN THE LIQUID PHASE IN SERIES. APPLICATION TO THE TREATMENT OF PARTICLES OF A USED WATER TREATMENT CATALYST. |
