THE PROCESS FOR OBTAINING THE EXTRACTION PHOSPHORIC ACID CONSISTS OF THE DECOMPOSITION OF THE PHOSPHATE RAW MATERIAL BY A MIXTURE OF SULFURIC AND PHOSPHORIC ACIDS AT A TEMPERATURE OF 70A115C, THE CRYSTALLIZATION OF SULPHATE, CALCIUM LEAF TREATMENT OF THE REACTIONAL PULP BY AIR WITH THEIR SEPARATION IN TWO STAGES, THE UNDES WHICH IS RETURNED TO THE DECOMPOSITION AND CRYSTALLIZATION STAGE AND THE OTHER TO THE FILTRATION STAGE IN WHICH THE SEPARATION OF THE SULPHATE PRECIPITE TAKES PLACE OF CALCIUM FROM THE PHOSPHORIC ACID OF EXTRACTION FROM THE TRADE, DURING TREATMENT BY AIR, BEFORE THE FILTRATION AND RECIRCULATION STAGES, THE VOLUME RATIO OF THE REACTION PULP AND THE AIR IS MAINTAINED EQUAL TO 1: (1.0-15) RESPECTIVELY, THE DENSITY OF THE RECYCLED FLOW AT THE DECOMPOSITION AND CRYSTALLIZATION STAGES BEING MAINTAINED AT 0.4GCM TO 1.5GCM.
