abstract The invention relates to a matrix tape and a one-piece bubble stopper for molten carbon fuel cell. THIS ONE-PIECE STRUCTURE INCLUDES A 1A DIE TAPE AND A 1B PORE BUBBLE STOPPING ELEMENT. ANODE 2 LIES AGAINST THE BUBBLE STOPPING ELEMENT 1B. RAILS 3, 4 FORM A GAS-TIGHT SEAL AT THE EDGES OF THE BATTERY AND PROVIDE AN ADDITIONAL SEPARATION BETWEEN THE COMBUSTIBLE GAS AND THE OXIDIZING GAS. SEPARATION PLATES 5 ALSO SEPARATE THE GASES AND ARE SERVED TO PASS THE CURRENT THROUGH THE FUEL CELL STACK. A CATHODE 6 INCLUDES A CATHODIC CATALYST LAYER 7. THE INVENTION IS USED TO STOP GAS BUBBLES IN A FUEL CELL.
