A CAVITY 5 IS DIGGED IN THE PRINTED CIRCUIT, ON THE RIGHT OF A METALLIZED HOLE 1 PREVIOUSLY MADE IN THE PRINTED CIRCUIT, THIS CAVITY IS SURROUNDED WITH A FLAT FRAME 10 MADE BY MEANS OF A SERIOUS DRY FILM, CHIP 6 IS FIXED IN THIS CAVITY BY MEANS OF A CONDUCTIVE ADHESIVE 7 WHICH ENSURES CONTACT WITH THE CIRCUIT BY PENETRATING IN THE PART OF THE METALIZED HOLE WHICH REMAINS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE CAVITY, WE CONNECT THE FRONT FACE OF THE CHIP BY MEANS OF 8 WIRES THEN WE FLOW A RESIN 14 WHOSE SPREADING IS LIMITED BY THE DRY FILM FRAME. |
