THIS PROCESS CONSISTS OF PRODUCING A STERILE PLANT FROM THE SEED OR THE STERILE GROWTH END OF A FULL-GROUND PLANT, IN A CULTIVATION MEDIUM; THEN THIS PLAN IS TRANSINOCULATED INTO A PROPAGATION CULTURE MEDIUM, IT IS CULTIVATED UNTIL THE STAGE OF 20 TO 40 SIDE SHOOTS; THE PLANT OBTAINED IS DIVIDED INTO BRANCHES OF LEAVES WHICH ARE TRANSPLANTED INTO A CULTURE MEDIUM INDUCING THE FORMATION OF ROOTS, THEN THEN IN A CULTURAL MEDIUM IN WHICH THE ROOTS REACH A LENGTH OF 4 TO 6CM AND FINALLY, THE PROPAGATION MATTER ( YOUNG PLANT) IS POSSIBLE ADAPTED TO FULL-GROUND CONDITIONS. OBTAINING A HOMOGENEOUS AND GENETICALLY STABLE DIGITAL POPULATION.
