IMPROVED PROCESS FOR ENZYMATIC PRODUCTION OF GLUCOSE FROM A LIQUEFIED STARCH SOLUTION. IT CONSISTS OF SUBMITTING A SOLUTION OF LIQUEFIED STARCH, WITH ED LESS THAN 15, TO THE COMBINED ACTION OF A GLUCOAMYLASE AND AN ISOAMYLASE, WITH A PH INTERVAL BETWEEN 3.5 AND 4.8, DURING 30 A 50 HOURS, AT A TEMPERATURE OF 50 TO 60C. THUS EASILY OBTAINED, WITH HIGH YIELDS, A VERY PURE GLUCOSE. |
