THE PROCESS CONSISTS OF INJECTING INTO THE SILICON OR THE LIQUID SILICON ALLOY, THROUGH THE AXIAL TUBE OF THE DOUBLE-FLOW TUBE, SEQUENTIALLY OR SIMULTANEOUSLY, OXYGEN AND AT LEAST ONE SUBSTANCE CONTAINING AT LEAST ONE ACTIVE ATOM CHOSEN FROM AMONG THEM.
