THE PROCESS IS CHARACTERIZED BY THE FACT THAT THE FINS IN THE FORM OF SLOTS WITH SENSITIVELY PARALLEL FLANKS ARE CONTINUOUS BY FORGING THE STRIP 6 IN A CYLINDRICAL DIE OF REVOLUTION 10, AND PENETRATING AT THE LEVEL OF ITS PERIPHERY OF THE TEETH 13 ORIENTED SIDE , AND THAT WE ANIMATE THE PUNCH 18 WITH A BACK-AND-BACK MOVEMENT IN THE INTER-TEETH, AND OF AN ALTERNATIVE ROTATION MOVEMENT OF WHICH A PART IS A MOVEMENT TO ACCOMPANY THE ROTATION OF THE DIE. THE INVENTION IS ALSO RELATIVE TO A FORGING DEVICE IMPLEMENTING THE PROCESS.
