THE INVENTION RELATES TO A PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION FOR ORAL ADMINISTRATION CONTAINING THE COAGULATION FACTOR VIII; A PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION SUITABLE FOR THE TREATMENT AND PROPHYLAXIS OF HEMOPHILIA INCLUDING THE COAGULATION FACTOR VIII AND A PROTEASE INHIBITOR (IN PARTICULAR APROTININ) WHICH ARE INCORPORATED IN LIPOSOMES AND POTENTIALLY LYOPHILISED AND ENAPULATED. THE COMPOSITION ALLOWS TO OBTAIN A STRONG ABSORPTION OF THE COAGULATION FACTOR BY THE INTESTINAL PATHWAYS WITHOUT IT BEING DECOMPOSED IN THE GASTROINTESTINAL PATHWAYS EVEN BY ORAL ADMINISTRATION. |
