abstract | THE PRESENT INVENTION IS RELATIVE TO PHOTOGRAPHY. THE PROCESS FOLLOWING THE INVENTION CONSISTS OF EXPOSING FOLLOWING AN IMAGE A PHOTOGRAPHIC PRODUCT INCLUDING AT LEAST ONE SILVER HALIDE EMULSION LAYER WITH INTERNAL LATENT IMAGE, DIRECT POSITIVE, UNWAVE, THEN IN DEVELOPING THIS PRODUCT BY A SUPERFICIAL DEVELOPER, IN PRESENCE OF A NUCLEATION AGENT OF THE DIPHENYLMETHANE CLASS, SO AS TO OBTAIN THE DEVELOPMENT OF SILVER HALOGENIDES IN THE RANGES NOT EXPOSED AND TO FORM A POSITIVE IMAGE FROM THE ORIGINAL. THIS PHOTOGRAPHIC PRODUCT MAY ALSO INCLUDE A COLOR-FORMING COUPLER AND, AFTER CHROMOGENIC TREATMENT, GIVE A POSITIVE COLOR IMAGE COMPARED TO THE ORIGINAL.
