titleOfInvention SYNTHESIS OF UREA
abstract THE OBJECT OF THE INVENTION IS A PROCESS FOR SYNTHESIS OF THE UREA USING A HIGH MOLAR EXCESS OF AMMONIA, FOLLOWING WHICH THE SUBSTANCES THAT HAVE NOT REACTED ARE DECOMPOSED AND SEPARATED BY SUBJECTING THE EFFLUENT OF THE SYNTHESIS OF THE UREA TO A CLEANING USING CARBONIC ANHYDRIDE AT A PRESSURE EQUAL TO THE SYNTHESIS PRESSURE OF THE UREA. THE GAS MIXTURE OF AMMONIA AND CARBON ANHYDRIDE THUS SEPARATED IS CONDENTED BY INDIRECT THERMAL EXCHANGE WITH AN EFFLUENT CURRENT FROM THE TREATMENT TREATMENT AND REDUCED TO A PREDETERMINED PRESSURE LEVEL. THE RESULTING HEAT OF CONDENSATION IS USED FOR THE DECOMPOSITION AND SEPARATION OF UNREACTABLE SUBSTANCES PRESENT IN THE EFFLUENT CURRENT. BY SELECTING APPROPRIATE OPERATING CONDITIONS FOR EACH STAGE OF THE PRESENT INVENTION, IT IS POSSIBLE TO REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF HIGH PRESSURE WATER VAPOR REQUIRED AND TO MINIMALIZE THE AMOUNT OF LOW PRESSURE WATER VAPOR TO BE COLLECTED.
