THE INVENTION CONCERNS A HONEYCOMB STRUCTURE MADE OF A PLURALITY OF FLEXIBLE SHEETS OF CARBON FIBERS OR THE LIKE 1, 5, 11 SUPERIMPOSED AFTER DEPOSITING, ON THEIR SUPERIOR SIDE, PARALLELS OF ADHESIVE MATERIAL 3, 7 ALTERNATIVELY OFFSET LATERALLY, AFTER THE TAKING OF WHICH THE WHOLE IS STRETCHED TRANSVERSELY SO THAT THE UNBONDED INTERVALS GIVE BIRTH TO HONEYCOMB CELLS, THE WHOLE BEING THEN IMPREGNATED WITH A PRODUCT MAKING ITS IRREVERSIBLE FORM, POSSIBLY BY APPLICATION. A MATURATION THERMAL TREATMENT. THE STRUCTURE OBTAINED HAS A HIGHER RIGIDITY AND MECHANICAL STRENGTH BUT A SPECIFIC WEIGHT LESS THAN THE SAME STRUCTURES OF THE SAME SIZE IN METAL SHEETS AND SUITABLE AS LINING OF LIGHT MULTI-LAYERED ELEMENTS. |
