EASILY HANDLING BRIQUETTES ARE MANUFACTURED WITH GOOD RESISTANCE PROPERTIES, BUT ESPECIALLY REMARKABLE FIRE STABILITY, BY MIXING 80 TO 99 BY WEIGHT OF A FUEL, ESPECIALLY SOLID, 0.1 TO 19 BY WEIGHT OF A NATURAL BINDER OR SYNTHETIC AND ABOUT 0.1 TO 10 BY WEIGHT OF A CATIONIC POLYURETHANE, THEN PROCESSING THIS MIXTURE INTO BRIQUETTES IN A KNOWN WAY. LEDIT POLYURETHANE IS OBTAINED BY REACTING AN ALIPHATIC, MONOMERIC DIHYDROXYL COMPOUND, WHICH, ON ONE OF THE ATOMS CONNECTING THE TWO DIHYDROXYL GROUPS, SHOWS AN ALIPHATIC RESISTANCE HAVING AT LEAST 10C, WITH A POLY-ISOCHAYANATE, COMPANT AND AL DIHYDROXYL , THEN BY TRANSFORMING THIS N INTO THE NH FORM, OR WITH A POLY-ISOCYANATE AND AN APPROPRIATE, ALIPHATIC, MONOMERIC DIOL, IN WHICH N ALREADY EXISTS IN THE NH FORM. CLASSIC COAL TYPES CAN BE USED AS FUEL, BUT ALSO LIGNITES AND CHARCOAL. IF POLYVINYL ALCOHOL IS USED AS A SYNTHETIC BINDER, COLD RESISTANCE IS PARTICULARLY IMPROVED.
