THE EXTERIOR ENCLOSURE 31 IS ARRANGED IN A TUBULAR CONDUCTIVE ELEMENT 37 ELASTICALLY MOVABLE WITH RESPECT TO IT AND IN ELECTRIC CONTACT WITH A POLE OF THE DEVICE, THESE TUBULAR ELEMENT 37 BEEN BASED ON A FUSE ELEMENT 38 AND CAN COME ELASTICALLY, WHEN THE ELEMENT FUSE 38 HAS BLOWN, IN ELECTRICAL CONTACT WITH THE ELECTRODE 35.
