THE ELECTRODES PROPERLY CALLED 4A AND 8A ARE MADE OF A METAL THAT CAN DIFFUSER IN THE BUFFER LAYERS 6B AND 6C AND CAN FORM A BINARY COMPOUND, WITH THE MATERIAL CONSTITUTING THESE BUFFER LAYERS, WITH A HEXAGONAL STRUCTURE IN A HEXAGONAL STRUCTURE TO FORM 4B OR 8B. APPLICATION TO THE REALIZATION OF MEMORIZATION CIRCUITS.
