THIS IS CONNECTED TO A REGULATOR 61 WHICH ADJUSTS THE POSITION OF A VALVE 37 SO THAT THE PRESSURE IN THE CHAMBER 31 DECREASES TO A CONSTANT SPEED DURING THE MEASURING TIME WHICH INCLUDES THE SYSTOLIC AND DIASTOLIC PRESSURES. A KOROTKOFF NOISE IDENTIFIER, CONNECTED TO MICROPHONE 33 AND DIFFERENTIATOR 59, ALLOWS THE SIGNALS FROM THE MICROPHONE TO BE USED FOR THE DETERMINATION OF SYSTOLIC AND DIASTOLIC PRESSURES, ONLY WHEN THEY OCCUR AT THE SAME TIME AS AN OSCILLATION PRESSURE OF A HEART PULSATION.
