titleOfInvention | METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR THE CONTROL OF BREATHING WITH DETECTION OF THE INFLUENCE OF CARDIOVASCULAR ACTIVITY |
abstract | In order to study the respiratory activity by means of the signals 5 of variation of the electrical impedance of the thorax which it causes, without being hampered by the variations of this same impedance resulting from the beating of the heart, cardiac signals 15 are received, they are delayed at 20 to compensate for the muscle delay and compared with a third signal 25 representing the negative slope of 5. When this third signal begins a predetermined time after 15, the discriminator 50 sends a pulse to a counter 60 which generates a deconditioning signal each time it has recorded a determined number of successive pulses. It then lets signal 5 pass to exit 90. (CF DESSIN DANS BOPI) |
