DIPHENYLPROPYLAMINO-PYRIDINE DERIVATIVES RESPONDING TO THE GENERAL FORMULA: (CF DRAWING IN BOPI) THE SPASMOLYTIC, MYORESOLUTIVE, AND LOCAL ANESTHESIC PROPERTIES OF SOME OF THEM HAVE BEEN STUDIED ON ANIMALS AND ANIMALS ON THE BASIS. THE COMPOUNDS PREPARED BY SYNTHESIS AND TEST HAVE LOW TOXICITY, THEY REDUCE SPONTANEOUS MOTILITIS AND DRUG-INDUCED CONTRACTIONS WITHOUT ANTICHOLINERGIC SIDE EFFECTS AT THE CENTRAL LEVEL. |
