INTRODUCTION INTO A PREHEATED CONTAINER OF UETHANE AND DIAMINE POLYMER ALSO PREHEATED IN THE PROPORTIONS OF 100 PARTS BY WEIGHT OF POLYMER FOR 13 PARTS BY WEIGHT OF DIAMINE AND THE TEMPERATURES DURING THE INTRODUCTION BEING 90C2C FOR THE URETHANE POLYMER, 1182C FOR THE DIAMINE AND 1005C FOR THE CONTAINER, THE COMPONENTS TO BE MAINTAINED FOR THE TIME ESSENTIAL FOR DEGAZING TO TAKE PLACE; B. THE CONTENTS OF THE CONTAINER IS MOLDED IN A MOLD PREHEATED AT AN EXTERIOR TEMPERATURE OF 80 TO 110C SO THAT THE INTERIOR TEMPERATURE REMAINS BETWEEN 60 AND 95C, AND MAINTAINED FOR 45 MINUTES BEFORE UNMOLDING; C. THE PRODUCT IS EXTRACTED FROM THE MOLD AND SUBJECTED TO DRYING IN AN ENVIRONMENT AT 50C FOR APPROXIMATELY 15 HOURS. APPLICATIONS: SHOES FOR TRACKS OF HEAVY VEHICLES SUCH AS ASSAULT TANKS, EXCAVATORS, PUBLIC WORKS EQUIPMENT, TRACKED VEHICLES AND THE LIKE.
