PROCESS FOR PREPARING A RUBBER COMPOSITION FOR PNEUMATIC BELTS TREADS, HAVING LOW ROLLING RESISTANCE AND GOOD SLIDING RESISTANCE ON WET GROUND, COMPOSITION CONSISTING OF: 1A RUBBER MATERIAL SHAPED FROM 25 TO 75 POLYBUTY WEIGHT IN POLYBUTY WEIGHT AMORPH WITH A PATTERN CONTENT AT 1.2 FROM 65 TO 90 MOLES AND A MOONEY VISCOSITY (ML, AT 100C) OF 20 TO 100, AND FROM 75 TO 25 OF NATURAL RUBBER AND OR OF CIS-1,4-POLYISOPRENE, AND 2 BLACK OF CARBON. WE START BY MIXING 40 TO 60 PARTS BY WEIGHT OF THE RUBBER MATERIAL WITH 40 TO 70 PARTS OF THE CARBON BLACK, THEN WE ADD TO THE MIX OBTAINED A NEW QUANTITY OF THE RUBBER MATERIAL TO ADJUST THE PROPORTION OF THE CARBON BLACK BETWEEN 40 AND 70 PARTS BY WEIGHT 100PARTMENTS OF THE RUBBERING MATERIAL AND MECHANICAL MIX THE WHOLE. |
