The process for manufacturing zeolites A, X, A and X of sodium aluminosilicate by reaction of sodium aluminate and sodium silicate is characterized by the following steps: forming an aqueous solution of sodium aluminate; forming an aqueous solution of sodium silicate; reaction of the above solutions at a temperature of 40 to 120 degrees C; reactive mixture having the following mass ratios: 1) water / sodium oxide 10: 1 to 35: 1, 2) sodium oxide / silica 1: 1 to 4: 1, 3) silica / alumina 1: 1 to 10: 1, the reaction being continued with control of these ratios and of its duration in order to obtain a zeolite having an average particle diameter of less than 2 microns. |
