| abstract |
Process for preparing a molded part in a molding tool into which is introduced a web of fibers and a reaction mixture consisting of a polyol, an isocyanate and optionally other additives which are made to swell in the mold by chemical reaction with formation of an integral foam object. Is added to the reaction mixture from 5 to 30% by weight of a neutral ester whose boiling point is greater than the reaction temperature of the mixture used The addition of a neutral ester allows penetration and wetting much deeper fibrous material by the reaction mixture. Application: half-shell of a travel trunk. |
