abstract THE INVENTION RELATES TO A FROZEN FOOD PRODUCT. THIS IS A FROZEN FOOD PRODUCT IN WHICH THAWING WATER CAN EASILY ENTER, CONSISTS OF A FROZEN FOOD OR A FROZEN MIX OF FOOD MATERIALS WITH A MOISTURE CONTENT LOWER THAN NORMAL OR PRESENT. THE MIXTURE IN THE STATE READY FOR CONSUMPTION. THE PRODUCT CONTAINS BOTH FROZEN AND NON-FROZEN WATER AND A QUANTITY OF A WATER SOLUBLE SALT ENOUGH TO KEEP NON-FROZEN WATER IN THE PRODUCT. ANY INDIVIDUAL SALT MAY BE PRESENT IN UP TO 4 OF THE WEIGHT OF THE FROZEN PRODUCT, BUT THE TOTAL SALT CONTENT WHEN THERE IS MORE THAN ONE SALT PRESENT MUST NOT EXCEED 10 OF THE FROZEN PRODUCT. APPLICATION TO FOOD PRODUCTS FOR HUMAN OR ANIMAL CONSUMPTION.
