titleOfInvention ANDROSTANE SERIES ANTIPHLOGISTIC STEROID
abstract The invention relates to chloromethyl 17 alpha -acetoxy-9 alpha -fluoro-11 beta -hydroxy16 beta -methyl-3-oxoandrosta-1,4-diene-17 beta -carboxylate. This compound is obtained by carrying out the esterification of 17 alpha -acetoxy-9 alpha -fluoro-11 beta -hydroxy-16 beta -methyl-3-oxoandrosta-1,4-diene-17 beta -carboxylic acid or Chioromethyl 9 alpha -fluoro-11 beta, 17 alpha -dihydroxy-16 beta -methyl-3-oxoandrosta-1,4-diene-17 beta -carboxylate chioromethyl so as to generate the compound chloromethyl boxylate so as to generate the desired compound , or the 17 alpha -acetoxy-9 alpha -fluoro-11 beta -hydroxy-16 beta -methyl-3-oxoandrosta-1,4-diene-17 beta -carboxylate diodomethyl or bromomethyl is subjected to an exchange reaction halogens. The product obtained has antiphlogistic properties.
