titleOfInvention COMPOSITION FOR ENAMELLED RESISTANCE, ENAMELLED RESISTANCE AND PROCESS FOR MAKING SUCH A RESISTANCE
abstract The invention relates to materials for enamelled resistors as well as formed resistors. It relates to a material intended for the formation of a resistive enamel layer, this material containing a glass frit, preferably borosilicate, and fine particles of tin oxide and a primary additive in the form of particles of manganese, nickel, cobalt or zinc oxide. Preferably, an additional additive, chosen from the oxides of tantalum, niobium, tungsten and nickel, is also incorporated. The material, when it has been applied to a substrate, is cured and enables resistance values to be obtained within a very wide range, with a low coefficient of thermal variation of resistance. Application to the manufacture of electrical resistance.
