titleOfInvention | LOW TEMPERATURE EVAPORATION SYSTEM BY HEAT PUMP |
abstract | Low-temperature evaporation plant, in particular for the concentration of fragile or temperature-sensitive solutions, such as pharmaceutical or food products, characterized in that it comprises, in combination, a first exchanger E for the evaporation of the solution to be treated, a second exchanger F for condensing the vapor separated from said solution, and a heat pump device formed of a compressor C sucking a heat transfer fluid which has passed through the condenser and discharging it through the evaporator which has passed through the condenser and delivering it through the evaporator, and on the other hand a pressure reducing valve D which maintains a determined pressure difference on the return circuit of the coolant from the evaporator E to the condenser F. Application to the pharmaceutical and food industries. |
