titleOfInvention NEW PROSTAGLANDIN N- (TETRAZOL-5-YLIC) CARBOXAMIDES AND MEDICINAL PRODUCTS CONTAINING THEM
abstract The invention relates to novel N- (tetrazol-5-yl) carboxamides of prostaglandins. The compounds of the invention fall into three classes of N- (tetrazol-5-yl) carboxamides of prostaglandins whose lower side chain substitutions consist of a phenyl or phenyl group substituted on the C-16 atom (class 1). , phenoxy or phenoxy substituted on the C-16 atom (class 2) and n-pentyl, 2-hexyl or 2-methyl-2-hexyl on the C-15 atom (class 3); the synthesis of these compounds was carried out using acylated imidazole intermediates and 5-aminotetrazole. The three classes of prostaglandins of the invention have different selective biological activities, namely anti-ulcer activity (class 1), contraceptive activity (class 2) and bronchodilator and contraceptive activity (class 3).
