THESE DERIVATIVES ARE OBTAINED BY REACTION OF 2-AMINO-5- (BASIC SUBSTITUENT) -1,3,4-THIADIAZOLES WITH ACETYLENEDICARBOXYLIC ACID ESTERS AND POSSIBLE SUBSEQUENT SAPONIFICATION OF THE ESTER GROUP AND OR TRANSFORMATION IN ACCEPTABLE PHARMACEUTICAL SALTS OF POINT. DERIVATIVES OF THE ADDITION ARE NEW SUBSTANCES WHICH CAN BE USED AS ACTIVE SUBSTANCES IN MEDICINAL PRODUCTS; THEY ARE GIFT OF IMMUNO-STIMULATING ACTIVITY AND ARE SUITABLE, ESPECIALLY, FOR ANTI-INFECTIOUS TREATMENT.
