abstract |
The present invention relates to a composition and a method for determining the transferase and protease activity. The transferase and protease activity is determined by fluorimetry at wavelengths corresponding generally to those employed in the fluorimetric determinations using NADH, by means of a new substrate consisting essentially of certain fluorescent derivatives of amino-5 acid. isophthalics coupled to specific amino acids for transferases and proteases to be determined. The invention applies in particular to the determination of the transferase and protease activity of homogenates and biological solutions. |
