titleOfInvention IMPROVED PHOTOPOLYMERISABLE MATERIALS FOR THE MANUFACTURING OF CLICHES AND RELIEF SHAPES
abstract The invention relates to photopolymerizable materials for use in the production of prints and relief shapes, consisting primarily of a mixture of at least one low molecular weight compound having at least one photopolymerizable double bond and at least one polymeric binder. compatible organic, this mixture containing a photoinitiator. These materials contain, homogeneously distributed in proportions ranging from about 0.001 to 0.1% by weight, an etherified thioanthraquinone of formula I in which R represents a C1 to C12 alkyl residue, a C1 to C8 alkyl residue which bears as a substituent a hydroxyl group, optionally etherified or esterified, or an alkoxycarbonyl group, or represents a phenyl residue, optionally substituted.
