abstract The present addition relates to a therapeutic composition useful in the treatment of dermatoses characterized in that it contains, in combination with a physiologically acceptable excipient, salicylic acid and at least one steroid chosen from the group consisting of corticosteroids. This composition can also contain an antibiotic, in particular noemycin. It is advantageously presented in a galenic form such as an ointment, cream and jelly, for local application.
